IF YOU CAN TALK, YOU CAN SHIFT

There’s so much talk about energy these days. And sometimes we mystify it. And we really don’t need to.

Energy is EVERYTHING. And everything is ENERGY. Right? With me?

So, if that’s true, then EVERYTHING we are and EVERYTHING we do is energetic and we’re constantly shifting energy. We’d have to be or we’d be….dead. LOL
Really everything is in constant motion so it’s always shifting. Energy never stands still it’s in motion, vibrating and moving all the time.

I know that what we really want to talk about is the intentional shifting of energy, so we can be energetically, vibrationally aligned with what we want, and allow it to manifest into our lives. I get that.

So, I developed a very simple accessible process of using language to shift energy. See, I’m a linguist at heart, I always have been. I learned two languages—English and Italian– at the same time as a baby and young child. I’ve always loved the experience of hearing and speaking other languages. I majored in foreign languages in college and taught for about a minute! I realized I didn’t enjoy teaching languages, since somehow that seemed to spoil the JOY of it for me.

What I love is the precision and the essence of language, of words. And so, using language to shift energy has been a very natural process in my work for decades. I’m a master—and expert at this.

Recently, I originated the WHAT IF…? Quantum Questioning process that allows you to very quickly open to new thoughts and beliefs and feelings in a graceful, gentle, and highly effective way. I turned that into a series of self-help, spiritual books, and then I created a full, multi-media home study, online course that makes you feel like I’m right there with you, coaching you and leading you into shifting energies with the questions that are asked and that you get to journal about. (This course will be made available by the end of July 2009)

I want to demystify the process of shifting your energy. As I said in the title of this article, if you can talk, you can shift. And I mean that. I want to empower you by modeling for you the way to use everyday language to shift your energy systematically and very naturally, until you are 100% aligned in thought, belief and feeling with what you want.

I want to reassure you that you can listen for your own authentic ring of truth when using language to shift energy. There’s a point at which you absolutely recognize “YES! That is what I know for sure, even if I don’t know how I know it!”
