COACHING FOR YOUR LIFE AND BUSINESS
I had just finished making a list of the tasks my VA performed for me over a recent 30 day period and it occurred to me to do the same with the work I do with my clients. This list may give you a better idea as to whether coaching is for you at this time.
ISSUES I HAVE COACHED CLIENTS ON IN THE PAST 30 DAYS:
- Maintaining honesty with a partner
- Claiming the right to pursue personal goals
- Bringing personal power and consciousness into a management position at work
- Uncovering the link between the painful present situation and the story from her past
- Challenging whether a relationship has what it takes to be the primary one in her life
- Face how much her ego judges and causes irritation and unhappiness
- Parenting a 3 year old as a human mom who is neither perfect nor saintly
- Supporting the spiritual practice she is building for herself
- Crafting a leverage speech that reflects the nature of her work
- Encouraging him to find the personal connection—the desire for excitement and joy– with the clients he serves in a job that seems incongruous
- Releasing grief and pursuing the desire to honor the memory of her long-dead father
- Claming the right to BE her authentic self and facing the fear that arises
- Releasing the connection to poverty-consciousness that comes with identifying strongly with her mother’s story.
- Embracing the possibility that a family member’s soul chose certain difficult circumstances in order to grow and evolve in this life
- Shining the light on an ongoing pattern and habits that no longer serve and asking what it will cost to keep them vs let them go.
- Tuning into her own psychic, intuitive abilities and deepening the trust in herself.
- Illuminating for her that coaching with me is not appropriate for her right now.
- Encouraging him to find the tribe for his music and make sense out of the freak accident he survived during childhood
- Shifting the thoughts around a blocking issue
- Dealing with the overwhelm that got her sick and vulnerable
- Moving toward a new form of ministry and counseling for her tribe.
- Validating the healing from the difficult life path he has been on which positions him to help a certain group of people
- Stressing the importance of grounding and centering on a spiritual path
- Inviting the combination of psychic gifts and artistic talent.
- Releasing the energy of an old, obsolete pattern and inviting in the new, aligned one.
- Seeing how to use her childhood pain/abandonment to create a way to help others.
- How to meld the artistic with the desire to teach
- Crafting copy for her website
- Step away from being a generalist in her coaching business and honing the new specific message
- Taking the pressure off herself to achieve, compete, produce…Lighten up!
- Suggesting testing the market before creating a program she has in mind and would spend months on.
- Clarifying the distinction between depression and I JUST NEED A BREAK!!
- Creating a two tier program for him to offer his list
- Stepping into the vision of her greatest dream of doing work with large groups.
- Using situation with ex boyfriend’s new lover as a springboard to new empowerment and understanding for herself
- Suggestion to write one good bye letter after another until the sadness abates.
- Understanding the messages from Spirit in the shouts: illness, accidents, surgery, etc and looking back on the whispers she ignored.
- Decide which aspect of her spiritual business to pursue and which to allow to fade gradually.
- The value of radical forgiveness—for herself—to clear blocking issues that affect her vibration
- Choosing to align herself with an appropriate partner who is AVAILABLE.
- How to build her list
- Evaluating the excuses for not moving forward in his spiritual business
- Renewing the space she works in for optimal honor and respect for herself and her work.
- Clarifying what her passion and purpose are and how to best follow them.
- Asserting that his life path has been perfect up to this point and will continue to be so, no matter what.

11/11’s around the corner, so what’s going on?
As we approach the 11:11 energetic passage, one thing has become perfectly clear: so much of the old has fallen away that you may not even know where you’re standing or where you’re going.
Now this is nothing to panic about, change is always inevitable, but sometimes change is more dramatic than at other times and this seems to be one of those times.
Especially for Lightworkers, healers, spiritual entrepreneurs, a lot of the old that’s fallen away has to do with your work. And that has the potential to be confusing, create stuckness and frustration– most especially if you are in resistance to change. And honestly being in resistance to change is pretty easy to do these days! I mean you’ve been going along doing a particular kind of work for maybe a long time, and then suddenly it’s like you fell off the edge of the earth. The old work you were doing isn’t working anymore. It kind of feels like an engine that you can’t get started again. No matter how hard you try.
Here’s the thing, the new energy has actually already shifted and believe it or not, you have shifted along with it. It’s just that your external level of awareness hasn’t caught up with that shift yet.
It’s really important for you to create spaciousness, quiet and time to settle into listening and observing for what may be next. And it’s entirely possible that you may need someone to help you shine the light to be able to discern what in fact is next. I know that was extremely helpful for me in the dramatic shift in my work recently.
Another thing you can be absolutely certain of: energy has shifted and it’s moving very fast. And so this is the perfect time to do the work of dissolving shadow aspects, old limiting stories, chronic energy blocks that get in the way of that energy flow. Otherwise it’s as though you’ve built a dam and are trying to hold back all the energy in the universe– that’s only going to create suffering, more frustration, and feelings of inadequacy. Too much energy flowing too fast can be unbalancing and create anxiety, too little energy getting through will result in feeling of stuckness and even, confusion.
So be sure that you get the support you need to work on identifying and releasing whatever you’re holding that’s blocking the flow of the energy that you’re already aligned with. Or what you might do to slow things down so that you can get your spiritual bearings and take some time to step back for a renewed perspective on things.
Here’s the thing, Spirit is calling you to do something new– that something may be in your personal life, or in your professional life. Allow yourself to become aware of nudgings and inklings that are like pinpricks of light coming through from the next dimension. And by the way, I do realize that some of you are way beyond nudgings and inklings — in fact you feel like you’ve been hit over the head with a cosmic sledgehammer– that’s how extreme conditions have become for you.
So whether the messages are whispers or shouts from Spirit, they will give you a starting point. The tricky thing is that you can’t really left-brain/apply logic to this process. It’s purely intuitive– even if, and especially if, at times it seems totally counter-intuitive to follow the whispers or shouts.
Remember, the energies are moving super fast right now and it’s certainly preferable for you to be able to walk confidently along the path to your new destination rather than being carried chaotically on a tidal wave.
The work I’m doing these days is about helping spiritually conscious people to be grounded, centered, and more aware of their true vibrational alignment. Relationships, career direction, finances, health issues, geographical location, the list goes on of the areas of your life that can be affected by these energies of deep change and transformation.
The wonderful thing is that once some light is shined and you hear the ring of truth about the new vibrational alignment, things click into place very quickly. Once the energy begins to flow, people, opportunities, circumstances, conditions, and yes, even miracles begin to show up in your life. And your new personal or professional calling unfolds before your eyes. It’s quite stunning and magical, really.

WHAT NOW? After the eclipse energies…..
WHAT NOW? After the eclipse energies…..
Well, speaking for myself and my clients and students….change has been in the air! Clearing energy has been the name of the game. Old, old stuff from this lifetime and others, has been shaken loose and in the process of clearing, releasing. Many of our soul parts that had been flung far from us due to trauma, abuse, dysfunction, etc. have been called home to be reclaimed, purified, reintegrated. Self forgiveness has been a dominant theme.
I have been doing very deep clearing work myself and facilitating the same for my clients. Lately my own clearing has taken the form of a ‘cold’ complete with congestion in my head and chest ( third eye and high heart), coughing (clearing the 5 chakra for powerful communication), and fatigue (the work of conscious clearing is not for sissies!). It has required me to dig deep for the issues that needed clearing. After all, consciousness of what is in the way is very helpful in releasing that stuff.
One of my clients, after a lifetime, and more likely several lifetimes of shame, has noticed recently that no matter what old patterns are activated in her life that were formerly accompanied by crippling shame, that shame is nowhere to be found now. She has succeeded with Spirit’s help, in clearing it once and for all.
While others among my friends and clients are still struggling with relationship, health, financial issues, all rooted in fear, they have much more consciousness about what is truly going on and why. This invites clearing on an ongoing basis…and the learning of key life lessons.
So along with this strong clearing and releasing of blocking energies, now we are charged with becoming more aware of what it is we came here to do. What are you here for? What is your soul purpose? And are you ready to fly with it? If you are blocked in this area, are you open to help?
Each of us plays a key role on this planet. Our soul group looks to us for guidance, love, support and connection. And even those outside of our soul group will find their way to us if our vibrations are closely matched enough and the need is strong enough.
Take stock of where you are and…not where you want to go…but WHO you want to BECOME. Because we are in a time now, when what you do can no longer be separate and distinct from who you are. The world needs you and your unique ‘snowflake’ vibration and the work that only you can do..and it needs you NOW!
