…but many of us have forgotten that truth about ourselves. (Guys this article applies to you too, and your Inner Gods.)

At certain times in your life, you can find it tricky to understand and own your Power and your ability to make conscious choices that lead to well-being, peace and joy.

Life makes demands on you. You carry responsibilities. You experience stress and pressure, and you believe they are inevitable given the conditions and circumstances you are living.

When you are able to understand that your stress and frustration begin with your ‘forgetting’ how things really work, from the inside out, then you become more capable of stepping into your Goddess-Self, your Power, your Joy. And you can know that forgetting is not a mistake; it simply contrast that makes remembering all the more precious and blissful.

Goddess energy is not always about flow, sparkle, unicorns and fairies. I know mine isn’t! There are as many kinds of Goddess energy as there are women…and that’s the truth.

Some Goddesses are about spirituality, some are about physicality, some are wearing business suits, some are about nurturing, some are priestesses, some are teachers, some are healers, some wear combat boots, some are busy raising families, some help to birth babies, some build houses and hospitals, some are about the power of anger and assertion, and some ARE about unicorns and fairies, etc., etc., etc. The energetic identities of Goddesses and Gods on Earth are endless, unique, and carefully chosen by each individual Soul before entering this life.

My central Goddess energy is that of a Teacher Who Empowers Others to Shine From Their True Selves. (and that’s not the only Goddess energy I live from!) It’s what I would do even if I weren’t getting paid to do it, because it’s my nature. What’s yours?

The more closely you can identify with your own true Goddess energy, gifts and tendencies the more successfully you can live your Goddess Purpose and allow your Goddess energy to color and saturate all aspects of your life. The deepest color and most intense saturation will be in the area of your true Gifts and Talents, while the other areas of your life will be colored more subtly with your Goddess energy. Think for a moment of the way watercolors saturate and flow onto the rich, porous paper, deep and intense here, soft and subtle there…just like that.

When you are not consciously connected to your Goddess Self you experience low energy, discouragement, feelings of failure, less Joy, less peace and less overall satisfaction with your life. Sometimes you can actually be allowing ego to drive you in an unnatural direction in your life that negates your Goddess Nature and perpetuates the disconnect.

On the other hand, when you are connected with that sublime and natural energy, things flow smoothly, synchronicities make life feel effortless, miracles happen, and life flows along bringing more Joy, Peace and many of the things you find fulfilling. Your whole life is upleveled.

Beginning today, affirm your Goddess Nature even if, for now it feels somewhat…or even totally…untrue.

Begin to tune into what emerges—how you feel–as you ask and affirm:

“WHAT IF…I really am a Goddess? It is ALREADY so!”

“WHAT IF…I am able to BE the person I came here to be? It is ALREADY so!”

“WHAT IF…owning my Inner Goddess makes me feel happy and empowered? It is ALREADY so!”

“WHAT IF…my life will change if I really step into my Goddess Self? It is ALREADY so!”

Take this empowered step into owning who you really are and what your life can become.

You may begin to remember that you felt like a Goddess when you played as a little girl. Or perhaps you even have recalled past lives in which you certainly lived a more Goddess-like life. Or maybe there was a period in your adult life when you were more clearly connected with your Goddess. In any case, you can remember NOW by tapping into and connecting with that inner essence of Goddess within you and learning from her and celebrating her.

SO I’ve been giving lots of thought to the way things are
happening. This morning I was at my desk for 5 minutes when a client called
wanting a quote for rain suits. No big deal other than she wanted 100 of them, so
in the first 5 min minutes of working I received an order for $13,100.00. SO my
question is this, is this how it works? Is it because all three businesses are
on the right path they are becoming successful, or it is because I am on the
right path that they are successful. Is this what Abraham means when he says –
the easier it gets the easier it gets or was it the better it gets, the better
it gets? Explain please.

Here’s how it works: when you realize that you are not
attracting (It’s not ‘out there’) but you are materializing what was ALREADY
held in your vibration as  you aligned it
more closely with what your soul wants you to explore as the next
‘adventure’—-then you can more easily grasp how everything seems to flow and
grow more easily, Yes as Abe says, the easier it gets the easier it gets. As I
mentioned to you on the call on Friday, you have released a ton of resistance
and so nothing prevents the materialization of what you want. You’re held all
of this in your imagination for a LONG TIME. xxxooo and here it is!

I see, okay it makes sense. I like it a lot. So the key is
letting go of the resistance, getting in the flow of allowing that what is, is
without judgment so that it can flow just as it is supposed to flow. Get out of
your own way.

Get out of your own way knowing that you are creating the
next experience your soul wants you to
have for your learning and growing.
And yes, so it can flow as it’s destined to flow.

When I talk to people about “The Slowdown” (that
time in your life when NOTHING seems to be moving, no matter what you do) I intuitively know that they are being held back not just with global energies, but by the residue of past abuse and trauma that have lodged limiting core beliefs in the subconscious.  A number of
people on a Teleclass I did on 11/11/11 told me that something they had been
working on for ages finally shifted on that call.

Every single one of us has suffered in childhood and
some in adulthood, in this life and in past lives, emotional, psychological,
verbal, physical, sexual abuse,neglect and trauma in some combination or
permutation. Changing the subconscious programming that was embedded at the time these experiences occurred is key to being able to feel safe and permitted tomove forward into our destiny.

The call I mentioned was a Teleclass called Stepping into Your True Life

The focus of the call was

Navigating The Stress ~ The Slowdown ~ The Shift.

On that call I introduced an energy shifting, healing process I developed from my WHAT IF…? Quantum Questions concept.
This process is used to clear limiting beliefs and I underscored the importance
of following limiting beliefs down to the core issues they arise from

During the Q&A on the call a young woman named “Ally”
asked, ‘How do I know I’ve found a core issue?’ I’m very certain that my
time-constrained response was inadequate. I want to amplify my response so that this important issue is clarified.

So Ally, this one’s for you—with my apologies.

Core issues are founded on the conclusions we have drawn about ourselves based on our early experiences. They are the lenses through which we view, judge and evaluate ourselves, others and life. They can be positive or negative. “I am loveable.” “I am worthless.” “People can’t be trusted.” “The world is a safe place for me.” “I deserve to be happy.” “I am bad.” These are all examples of messages to the self, arising from core issues.

Our ‘self talk’ goes on at a very rapid, non-stop pace under the surface of our
awareness. And these messages are being re-iterated endlessly. The sub-conscious mind thinks in black and white terms, hammering home these messages. The results of the negative beliefs are damaging to our self- esteem,our personal growth, and our life success.

Hyper-critical inner voices tell us to be careful, pull away, protect ourselves. The negative core beliefs become strong and form the framework of our approach to life with negative expectations, pessimism, and often a victim mentality. We become convinced that they are keeping us safe
from pain, harm, rejection, etc.

They can sabotage our efforts toward success, happiness and well-being. They can close us off from new experiences, hopes, and dreams of good things to come.

In working to eliminate negative, limiting thinking and beliefs, getting to the underlying core issue may take time and patience and experience. As we uncover layers of negative, fearful self-talk and beliefs, we come closer and closer to the underlying core theme. A skillful therapist or healer can lead the client through the defenses and rationalizations they have layered over the painful experience and resulting negative belief, the core of the issue.

Usually deep, painful emotion is experienced when we finally come to the core of the belief that is rooted in abuse, trauma, neglect, or other painful personal experiences. If you’ve been abused by a trusted family friend or family member that might give rise to a belief that “No one can be trusted.” If your parents fought about money, that might result in
belief that “Money is bad.”

The simple version of my Theta WHAT IF…? Quantum Healing process I taught on this call can be applied to move through the layers of limiting, negative beliefs and self-talk, ultimately arriving at the core belief and clearing it. This process represents a combining of Western counseling and therapy, and Eastern energy techniques.  We follow the thread of
thinking and feeling so that the underlying causes of the negative belief are discovered, the emotional and physical residues of this belief are released, and it is then replaced with a positive belief. (Note: When I work directly with someone using this process, as we proceed in the work, we use muscle testing, a pendulum, or a ‘felt sense’ to make sure we’re on the right track and that beliefs are being cleared.)

This process allows for rapid change by working in the quantum energy field to release the physical and emotional energy blockages resulting from the early negative experiences. It also allows for the establishing of positive, optimistic thoughts and beliefs and associations.

If you find that your sub-conscious is thwarting your progress toward what you consciously want, chances are good that you are dealing with a negative core issue and you will want to work to clear it. Evidence of this is that you are chronically frustrated, and observe a pattern of ‘spinning your wheels’ as you try to achieve your goals in a certain area of your life.

Hopefully this has shed light on what core issues are and how important it is to heal the ones that keep us limited as you Step Into Your True Life!

LETTING GO: MOVING IT THROUGH…AND OUT

Letting go….ongoingly….let me count the ways….

I’ve become a letting-go freak especially over the past year…Life
pummeled me into it, you know.

And now I’m faced with the stuff I’ve been hoarding for so
damn long it seems like it’s been around forever. And I’m not even talking
about physical stuff, know what I mean?

This Awakening business has become hardcore, bringing groundswells,
heartswells, things shifting and moving in unheard of ways, old crap floating
to the surface, things that were lurking under the surface popping up into
plain sight….yuck and yikes!!

Thing is once you know what you know you can’t not know what
you know, you know.

Letting go can be a bitch, and I mean that in the most
loving way. LOL

She grabs you by the throat, throws you down and says , “baby
it’s time….no effing around now, it’s time. You know that crap you’ve been
pulling for jeez I’ve lost count of the years. DONE, we’re done with that,
girlie.

D-O-N-E, DONE. So let’s look at what needs to happen to let that crap go.”

It was one thing to let go of my Mom, God bless her, when
she passed away. It hurt, but it was sweet and peaceful at the same time.

If this letting go isn’t going to freakin’ KILL me, I’ll have to find a way to transmute the energy from what it is, to what it truly wants to be in an upleveled way. Sitting with it is the only thing I know to do first.

Look, as you might imagine, I have a ton of quantum, energy-shifting tools in my back pocket. However the first order of business is being ready and willing to let this crap go…I do know how to transmute, and…

I do not want to get all snarled up in my old story. I refuse to succumb to its old charm and
promises…

These days I am committed to my Goddess-Self and these progressive, dynamic, magical resources Amy speaks of are the only ones that support and honor her.

So I ask for help from my Goddess-Self, from my angels, guides, teachers, masters—all in the non-physical world. Please show me the way to the core of this yucky stuff so I can grok it once and for all, and let it float away, transmuted like straw into gold in the fairy tale.

And they never, ever let me down. I know how to ask questions, that I really do know how to do. And I know that the answers lie in the questions. So I ask and ask and ask and suddenly the light bulb of understanding flickers, and then comes on, bright as can be. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Last night & this morning I did my own EMDR/EFT process on an ancient issue that has been underground for so long. As I asked my angels for guidance about resolving a problem, they guided me to this issue. I wrote about it, felt such relief and gratitude. Then this morning as I tapped & released the energetic patterns, I felt such deep love for myself & the other person involved. And I had the realization that no forgiveness was needed, since this had all been the result of Soul Agreements we had freely, lovingly made. Blessed be!!

Here is the thing….energy is moving so fast these days that this kind of process that might have taken a really loooong time in the past, can actually be a quantum jump…because of your readiness. Truth.

That’s what I get to experience now that the letting go has happened. Fabulous energy. I love this!!

This describes my devotion to finding my way with food, movement, body….it has been an evolving process over many many years. I see the overview of how I have changes all of those aspects over the past 4 conscious decades of my life. Today I refuse to call that evolution failure due to some unmet personal goals. I accept this choice on my Spiritual Journey, and by embracing and not resisting this choice, I allow it to transform as it will.

I will honor the process and keep reaching for the next Loving way. My body is my great Spiritual Master right now. I sit at her feet….

Embodiment is the next frontier we face on our spiritual journey of consciousness. For many of us, leaving body behind for supposedly higher spiritual pursuits has been our way. I don’t fault this, it’s all part of our evolving and learning.

And I do notice those who decided from the beginning to bring their body along for the ride and honor it. And I see their RADIANCE and want that for me.

As for sitting at the feet of a Spiritual Master, that’s never been a strong suit of mine, but I am devoted to this particular guru. We are perfectly aligned (how could we NOT be?), she will teach me, show me, she manifests for me out of thin air, and she’s been waiting patiently for me to be willing to sit still, ask, listen, and heed her wise ways.

Now that I am truly ready, she is eager to begin our work together.

So whether like me, you are experiencing more physical weight on your body than feels good, or if you have health challenges, or if you simply want to upscale the level of your well-being, perhaps you will sit at the feet of your own personal spiritual embodiment guru and learn and grow and evolve your precious Self to the next level of this game we call Life on Earth.

We are all in this together…whatever light I shine illuminates your way, and whatever light you shine illuminates mine. ONENESS…..

I didn’t realize until about halfway through that it was a Vision Script and not a description of her life as it is right now…that’s how full of life and energy and REALITY it is. The energy that drives manifestation is emotional energy and it is abundant in her script.

Read this over and over. Study it and use it as a template for Vision Scripting your own dreams. Look at how she uses detail, feelings, experiences…all of this AS IF it is real right now! Allow it to inspire you as it did me.

You see, in the quantum field of infinite possiblities, it IS real and that’s what she’s tapping into. The energy generated by writing this and reading it and experiencing it is precisely the energy that allows the ‘wave’ of possiblity to become the ‘particle’ of physical reality.

I suggest that you spend time Vision Scripting, it’s a powerful practice and wow! do you ever feel good while you’re writing!!

My Life. My Way.

I am love. I love me. I put the love I have for myself
first, before all others. And because I love me I am better able to help others
as I am in a position of strength and power. I am able to love others more
deeply now that I love myself, unconditionally. I love that I love me, I love
that I accept me, just as I am. I love knowing that there is no good, and there
is no bad there is just judgment of what I see, I choose to see love in me and
honor that love I see in others. I am so happy that I have chosen life as my
lover.

I am my choices. The knowing that I now live a life which is
a product of my own making is powerful beyond measure. I make my own reality. I
live consciously. I understand that I am human by birth and conscious by choice.
I am a spiritual being having a physical experience. The world I live is in the
ideal one for me and that I created it exactly as I want it. I love honoring
the humanness and the spiritualness of me each and every day. The interactions
I have with other beings excites me as I consciously engage in the reflection I
see in them.  I love what I see.

I am in optimal physical health. I eat foods which are alive
and sustain me. I engage in daily exercises which grounds, releases stress and
energize me. I love that I take care of my temple, I call my body.

I am in optimal mental health. I read books every day to
expand my knowledge and grow my mind. I read books which nourish my soul and
help me grow along my present path. I listen to music which soothes my spirit
and resonates with my soul.  I play my
guitar with the passion which is inside of me, it is the instrument of my soul,
and speaks for me when words can’t or will not do.

I am in optimal emotional health. I express my thoughts and
feelings by journaling, communicating with friends and family and listening. I
allow the love I feel for me to be present in my communications with others and
they love the energy.

I am in optimal spiritual health. My participation in
spiritual exercises such as meditation and yoga helps me to expand my
consciousness. As I have grown and travelled along my spiritual path I have
allowed my beliefs to change as I have changed. I am at peace with the
conscious connection I have with all that is around me.

I am free and I love the freedom I have and the ways I
express who I am , what my guiding beliefs are and what I believe. It has
changed how I interact with myself, others, business relationships, personal
relationships and every other type of relationship there is. As I have connected
with the freedom which is within me I connect with the freedom of choice that
others have and the way they want to express themselves. I am free to expand
into my spiritualness AND my humanness. I trust the process and feel great
comfort in knowing that as I walk along my path I have no fear. I am free to
choose abundance, happiness, joy, love, and peace….and I do.

I am true to me. By being truthful I have kept myself
honest, open and free. All the experiences I have had are a result of me being
truthful to myself. I can tell you what I want and if I don’t know what I want
if is now okay for me to say, I do not
know. Being true to me, allows me to be me, knowing that all is well
exactly as I am.

I love the life I have with my soul mate. She is amazing in
all ways. With her I have gotten to learn what it is like to be in a committed,
soul inspiring and loving relationship. As I have never had this before I’ve
had to learn how to be a partner in this relationship, but she has made it so
easy. At times she is the opposite of what I am and at other times she so
similar. As I think about her there is nothing that I would want to change.
Even the parts of her personality and behavior which, when I am not centered,
irritate me, even then I don’t want to change it. Why? Because I know enough to
know that it is not about her, but me. She becomes my mirror in times like that
and I love my mirror. Of course I do not see it then, I have to calm down and
center myself and it is then I am able to see the reflection. What I love is
that while I am in that emotion she does not take anything personally or to
heart. She is able to stay with me emotionally yet not get dragged into the
emotion, and with love, patience and sincerity I emerge, grown, different and
more in love.

Now that is amazing. Her ability to know me, as I speak and not
speak always amazes me. She listens, she hears, she feels, she connects, she
stays present and she gets it and she gets me. She is on her spiritual path and
at times we are side by side and at other times we are travelling in opposite
directions but somewhere down the path we seem to converge and reconnect. We
happily engage in learning about and sharing our findings with each other. This
only serves to bring us closer together. It is so easy to trust her.

I love to see her, first thing in the morning and last thing at night and as much as I
can in between. But we both like our space, so we make time to pursue the
activities which helps us to connect with ourselves. I love physical grounding
– so I run, walk, ride anything which will make me sweat. Sometimes she joins
me and sometime she does not, and it is okay either way. And I support and
share in her pursuits, not often as it is her pursuits.

What I really love most about her is how she had taken Riley (my daughter) in and loves her as if she were her own flesh and blood. I love seeing them together, it makes my heart swell. My two
favorite girls together there is nothing better than that for me. Sometimes
they have girls time and it is without me, Riley loves this time and so do I.
Because I feel so full and fulfilled in this relationship I can’t believe that
she could feel the same way. But she does because when I mention this thought
to her she smiles and tells me the same thing each time “What I give to you,
you give to me. You give me love and I give love back to you.” Yeah that is why
I love her. She makes it so easy for me to be me and I guess I make it easy for
her to be her. Just by walking in the room she takes my breath away – I keep
thinking that one day this will change but so far it has not, as I am talking
years into this commitment, years.

We resonate physically, emotionally, spiritually and mentally – it is as if she
were made for me and me for her.  She loves to be demonstrative of her love and affection. She is often hugging me from behind as I prepare our meals or reach over and touch me when we are out,
not saying anything just showing me love. I really like this.

She is love personified and I get to live with love every day! I don’t want to spend a day
without her love. I now understand Pooh’s love for Piglet because if she lives
to be 100, I hope I live to be 100 minus 1 day, so that I never have to live
without her.

I am living in my dream home. I live in this house on my terms –
which has allowed me to continue to experience the quality of emotional,
physical, spiritual and mental life that I so love. My dream house is more than
a house it is a home. It is a home to my dreams, my love and my spirit. From
the way it is laid out and decorated it is welcoming, inviting and accepting.
The driveway is private and lined with trees and flowers. The terracotta brick
driveway gives the yellow house and very majestic look. The three step set of
welcoming arms stairway is just that welcoming. The stairway is old Bermuda
stone with terracotta brick on the steps, the top of the hand rail is painted
in white trim. The staircase lands onto a terracotta porch  which is so cool and deep the furniture on it
look so refreshing that it is hard not to sit right there and stay, all day
long.

The porch extends around to the far east side of the house. The rails on the porch are all Bermuda Cedar. Many of my friends did not like the idea of cedar railing however I love the natural
feel of the wood. I laugh when I recall our conversation “Who’s” going to keep
it up” they said.”Who needs to keep it up”
was my answer, “once it is put up it is there to stay, once in a while it will
be restored and in between I will love it as it is, it will be fine.” The
windows are all cedar, no aluminum for me, love natural woods and cedar is the
best, yes I paid for it and I blessed every penny I paid for it, I love looking
in and I love looking out.

As you enter the house the first thing you notice is
the coolness, and the space. It is very comfortably decorated with pine
furniture, overstuffed chairs and soft colors. Greens, and blues and yellows
are soft and inviting. The space is open with small sitting area to your right
with working fireplace, which in the winter warms the entire space and projects
a soft glow throughout the area. This is the place where guests will come and
stay for most of their visit, just off of the sitting room is the kitchen,
which again is open and is designed in such a way that you can see the sitting
area and the separate dining space.

Bookcases create a low wall between the dining area and the smaller sitting area.  Straight ahead of the kitchen is the playroom where the only television in the house resides. The playroom is the only room in this area is loaded with every bit of modern day computer and activity for
little kids and the little kids inside of the adult which visit. Once you get
into there you sink into chairs which seem to engulf you.

I am so glad that I sound proofed the room; once the doors are closed I am in my own little world
again. Riley loves to hang out in this space. At the end of the dining area is
my special space, my sanctuary, it also is sound proofed. My collection of
books resides here. I meditate, do my yoga, and think in the best and most
comfortable chair in the house. Everybody is welcome to meditate and be at
peace here. Conversations are limited to soul resonating topics only. I love
this space and next to my bedroom it is the best room in the house.

To the side of the sanctuary are a flight of steps which lead you to the split level
sleeping quarters. Just next to the steps is a solid pine door, which when
opened reveals an elevator, very tricky, I thought so too. This elevator takes
you up to the bedrooms and to the garage, yes I designed the house for me to
experience as I grow into old age. The bedrooms are just as spacious and open
planned as the rest of the house.  There
are two bedrooms on the lower level, mine and the guest bedroom and two on the
upper level Riley’s and Jayson’s, their bedrooms are accessible by climbing up
four steps and are situated above the kitchen, whereas my bedroom is situated
above the sanctuary, the guest bedroom above the play room. I have allowed my
kids to decorate and arrange their spaces according to their spirits and personality.
My bedroom is perfect – green, blue and yellow – cool, refreshing and
comfortable. It is open plan, pine wooden floors, high bed with extremely
comfortable mattress, a love seat with ottoman for reading and relaxing in my
quiet space – you know the times when I do not want to go downstairs in the
library. The best of all is that my home is 100% solar powered. Just perfect
for me, the environment and perfect for sharing with my family, friends and significant
other.

When it comes to learning, growing, expanding, I know of no richer, truer place than the blind spot.

I know you’ve experienced it. You’re sitting in a chair talking to your spiritual coach, therapist, mentor, etc. Now ordinarily, you are a quick and clever study, picking up on things, following the thread, being transparent, and ‘getting it’ quickly. (Yes, that would be ME! Lol)

Then s/he says something to you and you have no reaction.  None, nada, zilch.  Kind of a ‘deer in the headlights’ stunned thing. You sort of shake your head, blink your eyes, and try again to comprehend what’s just been said to you. Nope. Not getting it. Clueless, foggy, sitting in very unfamiliar territory.

Or maybe someone asks you about your job, or your marriage…and you simply do not have an answer this time. You sit in unfamiliar silence and say nothing. Not your usual style, for sure.

That my dears, is the blind spot.  And it’s a priceless place to be if you really want to evolve, transform, and become the next expanded version of Your True Self.

This place of not knowing is highly underrated in these information-crazy, need-to-know times. Not knowing—feels kind of—well, stupid, right? NO!!! Not stupid. Far from it.  It’s a blessing of the highest order!

It’s a release from the ego’s addiction to acting like it knows in order not to feel the terror/shame/lack of control/you-name-it, that ego is afraid accompanies not knowing. It’s an indication that, for this precious moment, ego is out of the way, without a facile, clever answer this time.

And that translates to a natural openness, spaciousness, an actual opportunity to move into new consciousness about Your Self.

I’ve learned over my many years on both sides of the therapy and coaching relationship to get excited when I experience the blind spot in myself or my client. I’ve learned that I’m about to enter new territory about myself, my issues, my denial, and my consciousness. I LOVE blind spots because they herald an opportunity to really grow out of my own way.

Embracing the confusion of not knowing, and not running for the cover of what-I-already-know is a brave and necessary thing to do on an evolving spiritual path. Letting go of the ideas you’ve held about yourself and walking naked in the world without a clue is being a spiritual warrior—feeling the fear and doing it anyway.

And it invariably leads to authentic self-exploration and unexpected discoveries leading you to Your True Self.

Now, mind you, blind spots can sometimes last a while….if you’re lucky. Being in confusion means being open to the real truth about who you are, what life is like, and the actual nature of things.  It means you’re interfacing with life without the running commentary and know-it-all interpretation that ego always provides…even if you’re unaware of this until you’re actually IN a blind spot.

Having the fortitude to remain in your confusion is a brilliant and wonderful thing to do…and let’s face it, there are so many ways to numb out from the confusion of “I don’t know” that choosing to walk with the confusion is no small thing. It takes such faith and trust in the unfolding process of consciousness, and/or such a strong act of Your Soul that actually nudges ego out of the way and won’t allow it back in for now…for your own good.

Embracing the very real human truth that left-brain, intellectual knowing is useless on a Soul Path is an indication of growing spiritual maturity. Understanding that your heart knows more of value about you than your mind could ever possibly comprehend is what happens when you realize the futility of grasping that illusion of control that is fed by the ‘know-it-all’ in your personality.

Running for cover from your confusion and your blind spot will only perpetuate the suffering that results from believing in the flawed and wounded idea of yourself that ego is constantly shaping and insisting upon.

It can help a lot to have someone holding your hand, and coaxing you to hold steady within the sacred confusion of ‘I don’t know’. Compassionate company makes most things easier.

So my advice to you is to celebrate each time you don’t know! In fact, invite not-knowing by risking to say ‘I don’t know’ more and more often. Claim it, own it, be empowered by it….because, guess what, it’s true, only ALL of the time!!

When you are living within those blind spots, or those blind weeks, or those blind months…. take time for connecting, celebrating and cheering yourself on. Acknowledge your strength and fortitude, and reach for the feeling of the excitement of the emerging awareness about Your Self and Life! It’s right there hiding under the anxiety.

And be sure to allow yourself the true gift of snuggling into what you DO KNOW about yourself, which is based on your Intuition, Feeling Good, Intangibles, Inner Whispers, and beginning to grok the beautiful, perfect wholeness of You.

Information Vs Implementation

Information overload.  All those files you’ve saved.  Audios.  Ebooks.  Full Programs.

Can you relate? I thought that you could!

There are so many brilliant coaches, mentors, authors, teachers out there who have so much of value to share. But come on, just how much can you take in? How long are you going to buy into the belief that you’re just one good idea away from the success you want? How much more time can you afford to spend on gathering more information from the gurus?

WHAT IF you have all that you need right now to be successful in your field?

WHAT IF what needs to happen is for you to get quiet and know what you know?

WHAT IF there IS a way?

I understand that there are a few areas you’re wondering about…or even stuck in confusion over. Areas like:

• Who exactly am I supposed to be helping?
• How am I supposed to reach them?
• How can I get them to work with me?
• What should I be offering them?

Sound familiar? Okay then, stick with me here. I want you to take the following 5 steps to answer those kinds of questions.

STEP 1:  Choose just ONE blog post, article, e-book, program, etc. that you have printed out or saved in your computer that you believe has valuable information about how to go about these things. Just ONE.

STEP 2:  Turn off the computer, get into a quiet place, settle down, close your eyes, breathe and then read it. Read it again.

STEP 3:  What is the first action step toward your goals suggested by author of this article? Take a sheet of paper and write down that action step at the top of the page.

STEP 4: Now break that action step down into smaller steps. Write them down on the paper. Circle one of them.

STEP 5: Do it! That’s right, JUST DO IT!

I’m sure there are some of you who are able to follow these steps and keep moving toward the true, tangible success of more clients and more money. Somehow you know how to do what I’ve suggested and are hitting the ground running. Great!!

However, if you find at this point that you “can’t”, “are afraid to”, “don’t know how”, “aren’t clear enough”, “don’t have the necessary support/staff”, etc., etc., etc. then we need to talk about the very important process of IMPLEMENTATION.

This is the point at which an expert coach or mentor enters the picture, because rather than that endless river of information you’re swimming in, what you need now is someone to hold your hand, show you how, give you the plan, and hold you accountable as you IMPLEMENT whatever is necessary.

Look, you could read a book on how to play basketball, but you won’t learn how to play the game from that book. On the other hand, a great coach will work directly with you to break it down into drills, exercises, practice plays, help to condition you, hold you accountable for coming to practice, and get you the proper equipment  to be able to play ball successfully…and hopefully have fun doing it.

That’s what a good coach or mentor will do for you when it comes to moving toward success in your heart-centered business.  And all the information in the world won’t get you there. I promise.

The reason I know about this is that I was an information junkie at one time, and none if it amounted to much of anything except frustration and spinning my wheels a lot.

It wasn’t until I hired a coach who guided and taught me to implement (she didn’t call it that, but that’s what she did).  She gave me the plans, the steps, the hows, the whos, the whens, and held my hand while I did it,  encouraged me on when I got scared, and cheered me on big time when I broke though, that I really took off in my business. It changed everything and mainly, it got me unstuck and allowed the energy to flow where it had always wanted to flow—to clients, money, satisfaction, success.

It was literally like un-kinking a garden hose…..WOW! Did things ever take off!

So if those 5 STEPS stymie you….it might be time to take the next right step. You are so worth it!
